Equally important is the promising approach that food literacy represents for dealing with complex public health problems. Now, if we recognise the importance of the ability to access, interpret and understand information related to food and nutrition, which is necessary for health promotion, then it is essential to strengthen science communication in this area. In conjunction with the IPVC's Communication and Image Office, a project was developed to Promote Healthy Eating and Science Communication, NUTRIPVC, producing a set of educational resources on various food, nutrition and health topics, in short video format, for dissemination on social media.</text>
